Regarding formats:
For word-processed documents, we prefer files in either DOC (MS WORD format) or simple TXT (text) files. However, we can also accommodate WPD (WordPerfect) and other formats (i.e., Lotus, Mac OS, etc.). Please inquire, giving details about the word processor and operating system you use.
For formatted publications such as newsletters and magazine articles, we work directly with most document design formats. We prefer to receive the files on disk in the Adobe PDF format, which is ideal for both hard-copy and on-line publishing. PDF files facilitate cross-platform editing while preserving the layout and formatting of newsletters and other complex documents. Please inquire about our ability to accommodate your firm’s document designs and formatting.
